DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide life-giving care in an outpatient dialysis center. Position Details:
* Minimum 6 months dialysis experience required.
* Coordinate ESRD patient care: monitor lab values, vital signs, weight, and outcomes.
* Training may occur at different facilities or clinics.
* Flexibility to float across various clinics during and after training.
* Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Manage patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring tailored treatment plans.
* Supervise PCTs in patient observations, stats measurement, and machine setup.

Requirements:
* Current RN license in the state of practice.
* Current CPR certification.
* At least 18 months of RN experience.
* Dialysis Charge RN approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA.
* Preferred: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
* Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
* Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
* Completion of CMS-approved water treatment system training.
* Supervisory experience and willingness to supervise preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
