Location:Nottingham
Rate: £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Nottingham. They are looking for a new member for their Short-Term Assessment Team.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments of service users’ needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
* Develop tailored intervention plans and set measurable goals.
* Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Provide crisis intervention and empathetic support to clients.
* Work towards independent living outcomes for service users.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Twice weekly payroll
