We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our supply team for roles in SEN schools in the DE23 area. Whether you are looking for temporary, long-term, or day-to-day work, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with special educational needs in their learning and development
* Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Providing one-on-one or small group support as required
* Implementing individual education plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student
* Promoting social and emotional development and fostering a sense of independence in students
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential
* A compassionate and patient nature, with a strong commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
