Key Responsibilities
* Administer a complex range of funds, management companies & associated fund structures, liaise with clients & intermediaries
* Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters
* Process & co-ordinate routine & complex fund operations
* Ensure accurate investor records are maintained, process all investor changes / transfers
* Prepare manual & electronic payment instructions
* Ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems
* Ensure regulatory & statutory fillings are made
* Manage the accounts distribution & filing process
* Act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff
Skills, Knowledge, Expertise
* Expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI)
* Relevant experience in a financial services setting. Experience in the Funds industry preferred
