We're working with a highly regarded independent fostering organisation thats looking for an experienced and passionate Supervising Social Worker to join their team. The organisation promotes hybrid working, offering flexibility to work from home and the office, with regular visits to foster carers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a manageable caseload of around 1315 fostering families, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
* Build strong relationships with foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
