Warehouse Administrator Oakham £13.46ph Full–time, Mon-Fri 8.00am/8.30am - 4.30pm/5.00pm We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator with strong computer skills and warehouse management system experience for our client in Oakham. The role is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. Part of the role will be assisting in the warehouse for stock control occasionally so holding a valid Reach truck licence (transferable certificate) and experience with operating a PPT/Pedestrian palletiser licence is an advantage. Responsibilities/Tasks Warehouse Administrator: • Manage and coordinate daily outbound dispatch activities, shipments documentation to customers. • Prepare and process delivery notes, shipping labels. • Book in all daily inbound deliveries, cross-referencing delivery notes against purchase orders and verifying quantities in SAP. • Support with stock control activities when required with Reach / PPT / Pallet truck. • Support with all warehouse paperwork and documentation. • Support in resolving invoice quantity discrepancies in liaison with the finance department. This role will suit someone with experience in an administrative capacity within warehouse, stores, or a logistics environment is essential. Hours are full–time, Mon-Fri 8.00am/8.30am - 4.30pm/5.00pm paid 40hours per week. Required Skills Warehouse Administrator: • SAP WMS or similar experience • Reach Truck trained – valid certificate. • PPT/Pedestrian Palletiser – valid certificate • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines, excellent attention to detail.
