* Organise, track, and manage incoming technical issues, providing advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers, identifying and prioritising both interim and long-term corrective actions.
* Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.
Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
* Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving
* Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems
* Root cause analysis and fault detection handling
* Able interpret automotive wiring diagrams
* Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN and BUS networks
* Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools and the associated technical procedures.
* Computer skills proficiency and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
* Extremely detail oriented.
