As our client continues to grow their legacy of innovation and storytelling, they are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Director to lead their marketing initiatives and shape the narrative of our iconic entertainment venue.
Position Summary
The Marketing Director will drive brand awareness and audience engagement with integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and meet business goals. This role involves crafting the voice and visual identity of the show across all platforms, ensuring a powerful connection with fans and new audiences alike.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position requiring collaboration with Sales, Revenue, Show Production, and other teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment with a strong background in location-based entertainment or lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive ticket sales, guest loyalty, and brand equity.
* Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, PR, and on-site activations.
* Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent storytelling, messaging, and branding across all channels.
* Partner with internal departments to coordinate marketing efforts.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze audience data, and report on ROI to refine strategies.
* Lead and inspire a marketing team, agencies, and vendors to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
* Stay updated on entertainment, digital, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and exciting.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in strategic marketing, preferably in location-based entertainment, live events, or lifestyle industries.
* Skills & Attributes: Proven success in developing marketing plans that drive revenue and visibility; strong project management; excellent communication; creative and data-driven mindset; proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
