Join Our Team as an Insight Performance & Data Manager!

At Turning Point, we are a dynamic Social Enterprise dedicated to supporting around 100,000 marginalized and disadvantaged individuals across the country each year. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Insight Performance & Data Manager to join our Somerset Substance Use Treatment Service, as part of our Insight team.
This role is based at our Yeovil service, with the flexibility of hybrid working. We will be conducting remote interviews on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Insight Performance & Data Manager, you will:
* Respond to regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements for diverse audiences, from team members to senior management and commissioners.
* Showcase performance metrics and celebrate the incredible work of our services and staff, focusing on best practices beyond just KPIs.
* Utilize your leadership skills to inspire and get the best out of your teams.
* Research and understand the social value of our work, as well as that of our local, regional, and sector competitors.
* Make informed recommendations on the direction of our services and organization.
* Provide insights to enhance operational effectiveness, ultimately improving the quality of life for those we support.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in managing large volumes of data and be proficient in navigating databases and Excel to create engaging, performance-driven reports.
* Possess the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions, collaborating with others both within and outside the organization.
* Have experience with client management systems, particularly in enhancing service processes and data quality.
* Bring line management or supervisory experience, especially in team development and performance management.
* While experience in health and social care or with substance misuse data sets is not required, knowledge in these areas would be a plus.
