We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work within a specialist educational setting supporting learners aged 2 to 18. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making a positive impact across different age groups. Key Responsibilities Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities Manage behaviour in line with school policies Support learners’ engagement and emotional needs Essential Requirements Minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting learners with SEN Experience across primary or secondary age ranges is desirable A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location Calm, organised and adaptable approach Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
