They are building strong, long-lasting relationships with their clients, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team on their behalf. The Role: As an Account Manager you will take ownership of key accounts, including major clients such as major supermarket chains. You’ll act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth, and developing strategic account plans. Account Managers key Responsibilities: * Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service * Develop account strategies to grow revenue and enhance client satisfaction * Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met * Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings Account Managers requirements: * Proven experience in account management * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems * Self-motivated and able to work effectively from home * Experience managing major accounts is desirable What We Offer: * Competitive salary of circa £55,000 * Company car * Performance-based bonus * Flexible, remote working
