We're looking for a talented Art Director / Production Designer to help shape and bring to life international and local radio experiences. If you're a creative problem-solver, a visual storyteller, and someone who thrives on seeing ideas through from concept to execution, this could be your next big adventure. What you'll do: Lead the creative vision for editorial and digital design projects. Design across graphic, motion, typography, photography, and illustration. Develop concepts that connect culture, music, and design in meaningful ways. Work closely with global teams across time zones to deliver high-quality, resonant work. Source, commission, and brief illustration and motion assets. What we're looking for: 5-7 years of experience in design or creative leadership, ideally in music, entertainment, or agency/editorial environments. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in illustration and motion design. Conceptual thinker with a strategic eye for design. Deep understanding of visual and communication design principles. Passion for editorial and digital design across formats. Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, Information, or Communication Design (or equivalent).
