About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development? We’re seeking a caring and energetic Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing early years setting in Blackpool FY1. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a child’s most formative years.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Supporting the learning and development of nursery-aged children, including those with additional needs
* Assisting with creative, play-based activities that encourage curiosity and growth
* Working closely with the room leaders and SENCO to adapt learning experiences
* Encouraging communication, confidence, and social interaction
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in early years or a strong desire to work with young children
* A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is a plus but not essential
* A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
