Regional Operations Manager
Devon based – covering the Southwest
The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a National Contractor, who are looking for an Operations Manager based in Devon.
Our client a repairs, maintenance and projects contractor, is looking for a Operations Manager to be based in Devon. Ideally applicants will have a public sector, refurbishment and construction experience.
Day to Day:
1. Day to day management of repairs, maintenance and construction projects.
2. Lead and manage a team of supervisors, trades, subbies and supply chain
3. Daily liaison with the commercial team
4. Monitor KPIs, and client feedback, progression
5. Oversee all H&S on site, programme of works
6. Point of contact for the client, managing materials, budgets
7. Project Management and programme management with regular client and head office updates
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
8. Construction related qualification would be beneficial
9. Experience of managing multiple sites at once
10. Experience of social housing repairs, maintenance & refurbishment
11. Ability to work alone and as part of a team
12. Self-motivated and keen to progress career
13. Excellent written and communication skills
14. IT literate using Microsoft office programmes, outlook & PowerPoint
15. UK driving licence
