Job summary 12 Months Maternity Cover- 37.5 Hours An opportunity has arisen for an administration assistant to work within the Single Point of Access Administration Team. The admin team provides an important and integral part of the day to day running of the Community Navigation Centre, through email and telephone referral systems, and administrative support to the clinical teams who are based within the Community Navigation Centre, liaising with patients, carers, healthcare professionals and other representatives from health and social care organisations, across Dudley and possibly neighbouring localities. You will be a part of small team of administrators; you will be an adaptable and confident team member, who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be resilient and enjoy working closely with a team in a demanding environment. Effective communication skills are vital, as is a positive patient care attitude and attention to detail. You should be able to use a PC and standard software packages including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be able to work independently and as a member of a team. An ability to organise and prioritise tasks is essential. The service runs Monday - Sunday, 08:00am-18:00pm. Including Bank Holidays on a rotational basis.
