Enhancing the learner experience by identifying, managing, and resolving historical L&D processes and administrative tasks, which in agreement with stakeholders will stop/start or continue.
You will manage and oversee process improvement, focusing on cost efficiency, leading customer service, reducing duplication and data driven insights. Demonstrable experience of managing projects to time, cost and quality whilst managing and mitigating risks/issues.
You will review, manage, and own processes that will help support the digital learning experience all employees receive.
You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with our learning policies and ISQM1 (International Standard of Quality Management), providing evidence of compliance when required by SoQM (Standard of Quality Management) test teams or for FRC (Financial Reporting Council) reporting. Maintain relationships with Compliance, Risk, People, Transformation and Culture teams.
Enable teams to develop meaningful management information for learning consumption and quality/risk purposes and to measure the effectiveness of learning and support the achievement of its goals.
Data analytic and reporting experience (Power BI and/or Excel), providing insights where appropriate.
Project Manager experience.
Professional training / HR development / education qualifications in relevant subject area.
The ability to role model collaboration, and consult confidently, effectively, and independently with senior levels of the organisation.
Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics.
