Responsibilities
* Understand customers’ business needs and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
* Build immediate empathy with clients to establish long‑lasting relationships.
* Negotiate and solve problems, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Work closely with the Account Manager and collaborate with the team effectively.
Qualifications
* Experience in account handling; prior experience in any sector, especially print, packaging, or related areas.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
* Ability to meet set deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
