This is a rare opportunity for a creative professional to work alongside our current Senior Producer to scale the agency’s visual output. You won't just be supporting, you will be leading your own projects, from capturing the steam of a busy London coffee house to crafting the narrative of a coffee brand’s film. The Role
You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: conceptualising, shooting and editing. Working in tandem with our existing Senior Producer and wider creative team, you will help manage the increasing volume of our content creation services.
You will be moving between projects with agility, leading a solo shoot one day and collaborating on a large-scale multi-camera production the next. This role carries a commercial edge; you will act as a creative consultant to our clients, identifying ways they can further leverage high-quality content to grow their brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Content Production
o Technical Shooting: Lead on-location photography and videography shoots nationwide. You must be experienced in lighting, audio capture and camera operation in diverse environments.
o Post-Production: Take full ownership of the edit. You will transform raw files into polished, rhythmic and brand-aligned content using Davinci Resolve.
o Creative Strategy: Contribute to pre-production by developing storyboards, shot lists and creative concepts that align with the client’s commercial goals.
o Workforce Synergy: Work "shoulder-to-shoulder" with our current Senior Content Producer to ensure consistency in the "Nizatto Style" while sharing best practices and technical insights.
o Freelance Management: When projects scale, you will help brief and oversee external contractors to ensure they hit our quality benchmarks.
2. Commercial & Client Development
o Client Engagement: Join client briefings to provide expert technical advice, ensuring we scope projects accurately and profitably.
o Client Upselling: Use your expertise to spot creative opportunities for clients – such as a new video series or a photography refresh that they hadn't yet considered. Then you will work with the Sales & Marketing Lead to pitch these to clients.
The Person
* Willing to be a Coffee Specialist: This doesn't mean you have to drink coffee! It’s about being willing to learn to understand the industry (and its adjacent industries) to their core. You can conduct a shoot for a commercial roaster one day and a boutique home‑barista brand the next, shifting the style proficiently.
* Senior Practitioner: You have 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role and environment.
* Autonomous: You are a self‑starter who can take a brief and return with a finished, high‑quality asset.
* Willing to Travel: You are comfortable with semi‑regular nationwide travel and the flexible hours required to capture the best of the industry.
Technical Requirements
* Hardware: Proficiency with professional mirrorless/cinema camera systems, lighting rigs, and audio gear.
* Video Editing: A strong understanding of video editing software such as Davinci Resolve (preferably) or similar software e.g. Premiere Pro. Skills in After Effects (motion graphics) are a significant advantage.
* Portfolio: A proven track record of professional photography and video work that demonstrates a sophisticated eye for composition and storytelling.
