Roofing & Cladding Projects Manager
Up to £60k with Company Car & Fuel card
Hybrid role with 50% onsite & 50% office based
Job description:
1. Responsible for multiple projects at any given time
2. Plan and co-ordinate each project from start to finish ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget.
3. Organise and control required labour
4. Review & adhere to client program schedule of works to ensure deadlines are met
5. Create and update internal construction programmes for each project ensuring material deliveries meet programme requirements
6. Attend project meetings with client management teams
7. Manage the projects on a day-to-day basis, including managing the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, inspecting work and overseeing quality control
8. Compile regular progress and quality reports
9. Professionally communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
10. Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
11. Ensure snagging is closed off in time for handover
12. Liaise with Health & Safety advisors ensuring RAMS are in place for all projects
13. Review and approve risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
