We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate various installation projects across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise installation teams on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification.
* Coordinate the scheduling of installation activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members in all aspects of double glazing.
* Identify issues and complete remake procedures.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the double glazing industry.
* Must have held an installation manager position before.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the installation processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
