Store Manager at Peacocks, Chorley

As part of an exciting and dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to gain an industry-recognized qualification within your first 18 months, if you wish to do so.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist the manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are within targets.
2. Maximize store profitability by promoting sales.
3. Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate the team to meet targets and lead by example.
5. Deputize for the manager when necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
* Commercial awareness
* Excellent leadership skills
* Ability to drive sales through your team
* Good training and development capabilities
Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Previous management or supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
