Description
As a Contract Support Manager, you will work with the contract to ensure operational excellence. Collaborating with the back office and operations team, you will extract and analyze data from various sources to support informed decision-making, driving business improvement and efficiency. Your role will focus on enabling data-driven decisions to meet performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify performance trends and lead small projects to address issues.
* Work closely with the operations manager to optimize back office planning for increased productivity.
* Build strong relationships with the client to support their targets and improve customer performance.
* Handle ad hoc requests from different departments.
* Monitor business performance and create visually engaging management reports.
* Participate in weekly performance meetings, supporting communication and data visualization.
* Promote good data governance and analytical rigor, presenting findings to stakeholders.
* Produce clear statistical reports on Key Performance Indicators.
* Ensure accurate submission of performance reports.
Experience and Qualifications
* Knowledge of DNO activities; tree cutting experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to visually convey complex data.
* Proficiency in IT tools: Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook.
