Job Overview:
Supporting the Performance Media Manager on providing day to day management on ATL paid media campaigns, particularly focusing on paid search, google shopping, YouTube, affiliates, partnerships & display.
A specific focus of this role will be on our pure Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce media activations to fuel our sales growth ambitions in this retail channel, but support will also be provided on our top and mid-funnel campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
This is an exciting role where you will have significant & measurable impact on driving traffic, sales & brand awareness for the Tefal brand, and be at the forefront of the advancement of Google products in the ever-changing landscape driven by AI.
Key Responsibilities as a Digital Campaign Executive at Groupe SEB:
* Collaborating with the wider team on managing key performance media channels, focusing on PPC paid search, google shopping, YouTube, affiliates and partnerships
* Managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google ads, ensuring budget efficiency and performance growth
* Maintaining and optimising Google shopping campaigns & feeds, using tools like GMC and feed management platforms
* Writing copy aligned to value props & defining keywords to focus on for our search campaigns
* Researching & testing YouTube campaigns in line with brand and performance goals, leveraging audience targeting & creative testing to maximise effectiveness
* Working closely with our affiliate network & partners to drive incremental revenue & identify new opportunities
* Staying up to date with the evolving AI landscape, including changes to Google Ads, Performance Max & the future of search
* Briefing our media agency on upcoming campaigns, providing direction on strategy, budgets, promotions, creatives & focuses
* Collecting & analysing platform data to monitor ROAS/other KPI performance, bringing strategic insights & providing recommendations for future campaign planning, campaign improvements, tests & to increase media efficiencies
* Supporting the research and testing of new media channels / tactics with a view to propose integrations into the wider performance media strategy
Qualifications and Skills required as a Digital Campaign Executive at Groupe SEB:
* You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
* You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
* You will have some demonstrable experience in a professional setting managing PPC campaigns (placement, internship, previous role etc).
* You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Alternatively, you will have demonstrable experience.
* You will understand the commitment required for your role and the influence it has on the success of the channel and its objectives.
* Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. You will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
* Strong interpersonal skills and possesses a collaborative approach to challenges.
* You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives. You will go the extra mile to ensure internal alignment and the success of the channel.
* You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
* You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
* You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.

* Working Monday to Friday.
* Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
