Role Description
We’re looking for a New Business Account Handler to join our team in Lancing. In this role, you’ll manage new business enquiries from charities, not-for-profit organisations, and commercial partners, building meaningful, long-term relationships across the sector. You’ll play a key part in helping organisations protect what matters most to them.

Experience
* An understanding of youth charities and their insurance needs
* An awareness of commercial insurance industry
* Professional insurance qualifications – Cert CII or Diploma in Insurance (or a commitment to achieve this)
* Positive attitude and ability to deal with difficult situations and customers.
* Ability to develop solutions and provide specific advice.
