Combined localities Team to work within a busy Adults Community/Locality team 36 hours per week 9-5 Monday – Friday Needs to be a car driver Experienced social worker Hybrid working mandatory office days Wednesday and Friday and training/duty days Main areas of work Completing Social care needs assessments Support planning Commissioning Risk assessing an manging risks – attending MARAMS safeguarding MCA/BI COP DOLS CHC – DST
The following is essential criteria:
– Degree in Social Work
– SWE Registration
– Right to work within the UK

You must have:
1. A professional qualification in social work
2. Social Work England registration.
3. Post qualified experience.
4. Enhanced DBS/Update service.
5. References required for the last 5 years of employment.
