We are seeking an experienced Traffic Management contracts Co-Ordinator/Planner who will be a core member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the resourcing and planning of personnel and support services for clients in our Traffic Management labour and managed support operations team. The role will a mixture of Street works and highspeed management support planning for our major key clients
Traffic Management Co-ordinator Role:
* Work both collectively and individually to allocate and deliver labour and managed support resources to multiple workstreams with the TM division using our bespoke Compass online software.
* Communicate with both clients and operatives to achieve successful management of client accounts.
* Developing clients both new and existing
* As a Traffic Management coordinator you will liaise with the various other departments of the business such as accounts, payroll, compliance and fleet to successfully deliver the works to the client.
* Actively recruit operatives within the role.
Have problem solving skills and have positive focus on thinking outside the box for solution
s
both on an individual basis and part of a team.
* Be aware of the commercial side of contracts we deliver such as client rates, operative pay rates and the importance of vehicle utilisation etc.
* Work to processes and procedures to always deliver a compliant standard of service to the client.

* IT skills including MS and smart phone based applications.
* Experience within the Traffic Management Industry.
* Organised and detailed orientated.
