The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative based in or near Harlow. You will be responsible for maintaining a range of sites to a high standard, ensuring all grounds maintenance services meet client expectations.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
6. Grass cutting, lawn mowing, and strimming
7. Hedge cutting and pruning
8. Weeding and general garden maintenance
9. Sweeping and keeping sites clean and presentable
10. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Essential Requirements (Mandatory)
11. Full clean UK Driving Licence
12. Proven experience in grounds maintenance
13. Ability to operate horticultural equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
14. Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Self-motivated with a proactive approach
