Are you highly organised, detail-driven and confident in keeping a busy office running smoothly? We're looking for a Business Administrator to join our Swansea depot and provide professional, reliable administrative support to our operations team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from handling calls and processing paperwork, to supporting contracts, finance, and operations. You'll play a key part in ensuring the depot runs efficiently, supporting managers and colleagues across the business.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact on the phone, handling queries in a professional manner.
* Preparing, collating and filing key office and works documentation (digital & paper-based).
* Processing invoices, purchase orders and supporting finance administration.
* Assist the operations management team, monitoring the status of Opportunities and Quotations on focalpoint, chasing up information and responses as necessary.
* Managing bookings for accommodation and travel when required.
* Maintaining office supplies and providing cover for colleagues when needed.
