Job Description
MPA Recruitment Ballymena is recruiting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Customer Services Unit.
You will provide a high standard of customer service by telephone, online and face to face, assisting customers with housing enquiries, recording repairs and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Duties
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, web and public counter.
* Accurately diagnose and record repair requests.
* Use IT systems to record and manage customer information.
* Book grounds maintenance inspections and repairs.
* Escalate issues where required.
* Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must have either:
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and 2 years’ customer service/administrative experience
OR
* 3 years’ experience in a customer advisor role with evidence of ongoing learning and development.
You must also have:
* Experience dealing directly with customers.
* Experience working in a challenging customer service environment.
* Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Hours & Pay
Shift Pattern
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday
* Week 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Shift Times
* Between 8:45am and 11:00pm
Pay and Benefits
* £13.69 per hour

* Double time on Bank Holidays
