Territory Manager – Healthcare / Dental Sales

Exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially driven Territory Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the healthcare technology sector.
This role is well suited to someone with field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices or aesthetics, or a clinically trained professional (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, etc.) looking to transition into a commercial role.
You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and positioning innovative products and solutions that support improved patient outcomes.
This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships and driving business growth across their territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing customer relationships across defined sales territory with customers including dental practices and healthcare institutions.
* Building strong relationships with dental and healthcare professionals
* Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
* Delivering product demonstrations and clinical discussions
* Providing consultative support to customers on product solutions
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ideal Background
* Minimum 2+ years field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics or a related sector
or
* A clinical background (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager etc.) with strong commercial motivation
Key Skills
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
