Transport Shift Manager (Coventry)

Transport Shift Manager Shift & Hours of Work
4 Days on 4 Days off
06:00 - 18:00 (12 hours per shift)
Transport Shift Manager Pay Rates:
£40,000 Basic
£1000 - £4000 potential in bonus.
Transport Shift Manager Job role:
Manage the day to day operations in a busy transport environment.
Manage and coach HGV Drivers.
Manage and Coach internal staff.
Report to management with any issues, changes ect.
Work on a night shift on a rare occasion to see the night operation of the business.
Transport Shift Manager - What we are looking for:
Transport Shift Manager must have experience in a similar role.
Transport Management CPC Desirable but not essential.
Proven coaching/training experience.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must work well with others and as an individual.
No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no DR/DD/BA offences)
