ROLE: Facilities Coordinator (Part Time)
HOURS: 20 hours per week.
LOCATION: Kidlington, Oxford

We're looking for an Facilities Coordinator (Part Time) to join our Facilities Management team at the newly opened Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre, supporting the delivery of an efficient, professional and customer-focused service on site.
Role Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for the Mitie helpdesk, managing phone calls, emails and walk-in queries professionally and efficiently
2. Log jobs accurately on the system, monitor progress against SLAs and ensure timely input and output of all helpdesk data
3. Raise and send quotes to clients for approval and allocate works to engineers, ensuring workloads are effectively managed
4. Support site operations by producing reprographics and printing requests, including materials for on-site training
5. Ensure all activities are delivered in line with Mitie policies, processes and contractual obligations
What we're looking for
6. Experience within Facilities Management or Administration.
7. Strong customer service experience with the ability to remain professional under pressure
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner
9. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with a high standard of literacy and numeracy
10. Discretion and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a range of stakeholders

11. Be a British citizen, an EU citizen with settled status, or hold Indefinite Leave to Remain
12. Have lived in the UK continuously for the past three years (excluding normal holidays)
13. Be eligible for CTC clearance and hold a valid passport (British or EU with share code)
