What we're looking for: Experience working with children in any setting where you've supported their growth and wellbeing Safeguarding training (Level 1) to ensure the safety and protection of all young people is desirable however, we can help with this. Roles and Responsibilities Support teaching staff in bringing the curriculum to life by delivering booster and intervention sessions that help raise standards and unlock every child's potential. Work closely with each student's strengths and challenges, tailoring your support to nurture their development and celebrate their progress. Build strong, positive relationships with both teachers and pupils, creating a sense of trust and teamwork that makes learning enjoyable. Help shape a stimulating and motivating classroom environment, where children feel inspired, valued, and ready to thrive.
