A Typical Day in the Role
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including:
* Office coordination – supporting the daily activities of the office
* Data entry and record keeping – accurately updating systems
* Customer service – answering calls and emails
* Document management – maintaining up-to-date recordsCompliance and administration – helping to monitor key documents
* General office duties – filing, photocopying, organising paperwork, and helping prepare reports for management.
What You’ll Learn
During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable experience and knowledge in:
* Business administration processes and best practices
* Office organisation and workflow management
* Effective communication and customer service
* Using industry‑standard software systems
You’ll also work towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, supported by your employer and Skills4group.
