Care Assistant – Join McCarthy Stone at Gentian Place
We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and passionate Care Assistant to support older adults in a single location – no travel between calls.
All your clients are in one place at Gentian Place, Buckinghamshire. This role offers a rewarding care experience with real impact.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
* Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines.
* Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement.
* Provide individual care packages.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
* Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
* Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
Pay & Hours
£14.12 per hour with the possibility of up to £15.42 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends).
Part‑time – 16 hours per week. UK‑based applicants only; no sponsorship available.
