Responsibilities for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Working from PCSA to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
* Assisting the commercial manager with any day-to-day duties.
* Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
* Pricing, and managing change and variations.
* Site meetings.
Requirements for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Quantity surveying degree qualified.
* 1-3 years' experience at a fit out contractor is ideal but not required.
* Good Communication skills.
* Keen learner and inquisitive attitude.
* Ability to build strong relationships.
