The Construction Logistics Lead is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a logistics strategy for the project, managing all logistics planning, enabling the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of the project.
You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting development and delivery of the construction logistics strategy.
* Enabling transition to a client‑led logistics model.
* Assisting tendering and onboarding of logistics partners.
* Managing portfolio‑wide logistics delivery oversight.
* Validating resource and cost proposals.
* Mitigating logistics and safety risks.
* Driving adoption of innovative logistics solutions.
* Managing pre‑construction logistics planning.
* Coordinating land availability and operational readiness.
* Supporting contract development and Logistics Lead requirements.
You'll need to have:
* Degree in construction, engineering or logistics; CLP accreditation desirable.
* Extensive experience delivering logistics on major infrastructure programmes.
* Strong knowledge of UK construction supply chains and best‑practice logistics.
* Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and safety‑focused delivery in complex environments.
