Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a Learning & Development Advisor on a 12-month contract basis.
The role entails supporting the development and implementation of L&D programs for their offshore team, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery. Leveraging digitalisation and innovative techniques like online learning, the L&D Advisor will improve learning pathways, support skill development and ensure readiness for future challenges. The successful candidate would be confident working in a diverse, hands-on setting, adaptable to varied tasks from coordination to module creation.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates programs and events by arranging providers, issuing instructions, updating records, processing invoices, and gathering feedback.
* Develops learning content using e-Learning tools and digital methods.
* Manages initial inquiries from the shared development inbox and generates reports from the LMS.
* Sets up training events and uploads attendance data.
* Supports the annual Festival of Learning and oversees the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives.
* Provides HR teams with specialised L&D advice on various aspects including induction, performance management, career development, and talent management.
* Ensures responsibilities are executed within budget constraints.
Application Requirements:
* Experienced in organizing L&D activities for international audiences, especially remote teams.
* Proficient in remote/online learning techniques, capable of developing innovative methods tailored to audience needs.
* Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
* Passionate about contributing to others' learning experiences.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Office365 and Onboard Tracker, is essential.
* Familiar with Learning Management Systems and digital content.
* Proactive and collaborative, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse personnel.
