Description
We are looking for an experience Events Manager to join our fantastic HQ Guest Experience team here at our campus in Silverstone. Within this role, you will lead the planning, management and execution of premium guest experiences and internal events hosted at our campus, from partner activations to staff celebrations, you will ensure every experience reflects our high-performance culture.
Working cross-functionally with Commercial, HR, Facilities and key internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of operational delivery, stakeholder management, budget control and post-event evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver all events hosted at the Team HQ (UK-based, factory environment).
* Host and manage diverse audiences including internal colleagues, partner guest groups and external stakeholders.
* Deliver contractual partner assets with precision and consistency, ensuring alignment with brand values and partner objectives.
* Act as a key point of contact for our internal catering partner, ensuring clear communication, seamless coordination of requirements, and consistently high standards of hospitality delivery
* Plan and execute bespoke, brand-led experiences within a high-performance environment.
* Implement and manage event planning tools and systems.
* Oversee event set-up, execution and de-rig operations.
* Lead post-event debriefs and drive data-led improvements through surveys and reporting.
* Manage supplier relationships in collaboration with Commercial, HR and Facilities.
* Ensure sustainability practices align with company and industry standards.
* Take full ownership of event budgets and reporting.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of guest experience best practice, brand strategy and commercial awareness.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and premium guest experience delivery.
* Previous experience within a Formula One or high-level motorsport environment is essential.
* Strong understanding of sponsorship deliverables and brand-led event strategy.
* Experience using event management systems, guest communication platforms and budgeting tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
* Calm, confident decision-maker in fast-paced environments.
* Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
* Strong Health & Safety awareness and compliance knowledge.
* Competent in Microsoft Office.
* Flexible, team-oriented and results-driven.
