We're hiring a Telephone Business Development Executive professional for our client's Head Office. If you enjoy being on the phone, a keen eye for detail, and a love for customer service, this could be your next step!
The Role:
* Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book high-quality appointments for our client's Sales Execs
* Develop creative pitches aimed at specific industry sectors
* Proactively follow up on canvassed leads by Sales Execs
* Use your initiative to chase opportunities with companies not already in our client's database
* Manage the database accurately for targeted marketing
* Share and implement Best Practise ideas with the team
* Collaborate with our client's marketing team to hit sales objectives
* Attend training courses as needed
* Possibly take on additional roles such as Health & Safety/Fire Marshal/First Aider
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Telesales/Customer Service environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
* Flexible approach and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
* Proactive, enthusiastic, confident, and assertive
