Kitchen Sales Designer
Salary: £28,000–£38,000 + up to 10% commission Full-Time

We’re working with a leading luxury interiors business in North West London that specialises in high-end kitchens and full interior projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detail-driven kitchen designer looking to elevate their career and work on stunning, bespoke residential projects.

What You’ll Do
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and design vision.
2. Design and present bespoke kitchen solutions that combine style with functionality.
3. Bring ideas to life using AutoCAD and other design tools.
4. Advise on premium appliances, surfaces, finishes, and layouts.
5. Oversee technical aspects including layout planning, plumbing, electrics, and installations.
6. Work closely with suppliers and fitters to ensure flawless project delivery.
7. Manage multiple high-end design projects from start to finish.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in luxury design.
9. Ensure budgets, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.
What You Bring
10. 3+ years’ experience as a kitchen designer, ideally in luxury or high-end interiors.
11. Strong understanding of kitchen ergonomics, technical drawings, and spatial planning.
12. Proven sales skills, helping clients make confident decisions without being pushy.
13. Experience with premium appliance brands and strong technical knowledge of their products.
14. Proficiency in AutoCAD (other design software is a plus).
15. Exceptional eye for design and attention to detail.
16. Confidence managing projects independently with full accountability.
17. Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

Role Details
23. Job Type: Full-time
24. Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday–Sunday rotation, with 2 days off)

Requirements:
26. Ability to commute
27. 3+ years in kitchen design and sales
28. AutoCAD experience preferred
29. Experience with luxury fixtures and appliances advantageous
