Pay: £12.21 - £13.43 per hour (with structured pay increases)
Shifts: Continental Days & Nights (rotating)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We're looking for reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our client's well-established production team in Doncaster. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, full training, and the chance to progress your pay as you expand your skills.
You'll be operating machinery and equipment within a busy production environment, ensuring all products meet high quality and safety standards.

* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitor product quality and machine performance
* Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery
* Identify and report any faults or production issues
* Follow all site safety and quality procedures
* Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
* Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is advantageous
* Comfortable working on rotating day and night shifts
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential
* Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
