Nottingham CityCare are excited to announce that we are recruiting qualified SCPHN Health Visitors at various bases across Nottingham City. We are a dynamic organisation, commissioned to provide NHS services in the community. We are currently recruiting a qualified Health Visitor that is committed to developing and embedding innovative ways of working with key partners to deliver quality children's public health services.
Responsibilities
* Excellent knowledge of the current developments in health visiting and have a proven track record of continuous professional development and innovative practice.
* Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, coupled with good IT and organisational / prioritising skills, with the ability to work within a team setting as well as independently.
* Positive outlook and responsive to changes in the future delivery of health care.
* Knowledge and experience in addressing safeguarding issues and participating in safeguarding processes and pathways.
* Within the wider service you will also be involved in audit, development of practice, support and supervision to other health care professionals and students.
Benefits
The hours of work will be 30 hours per week. The Service hours are Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
