Hearing Aid Technician – Sonova Service Centre
Purpose of the job:
To manufacture and repair hearing aids for Sonova customers across the UK and parts of Europe. You will be part of a high-performing service team committed to quality, speed, and care.
Key roles & responsibilities:
* Assemble and detail small hearing instruments in a fast-paced production environment
* Maintain a high attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work
* Be cross-trained to complete one function prior and one function after your primary task
* Manage tools and workspaces with efficiency and organization
* Adapt to evolving business needs and perform additional duties as required
* Contribute to creating a sense of purpose and excellence within the team
Qualifications:
* Basic English (B2): Understands complex texts and communicates clearly
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
* Comfortable using email, including sending, receiving, and managing attachments.
* Experience working with small components and assemblies
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Quick to learn new tools and adapt to change
* Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
* Dependable, safety-conscious, and calm under pressure
* Adapts to changing technology or environments
