As we embark on an exciting new chapter, marked by a full rebrand and ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to help shape our marketing function at this pivotal moment.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across two beautifully aligned brands:

* Greenlys Photography: Known for its elegant wedding and family portraiture, fine art reproduction, and bespoke framing.
* Locketts: A refined e-commerce brand offering luxury photo albums, frames, and personalised gifts for discerning customers.

Your Role

As Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving the marketing strategies for both brands. Working closely with the founders and a dedicated brand consultant, you'll help turn the long-term vision into actionable steps, shaping how both brands are seen, heard, and experienced. From digital campaigns to content creation, your work will directly influence the growth and success of the brands. This role is perfect

Strategy & Leadership

● Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that bridge digital and traditional channels for both brands.

● Align brand communications, customer journeys, and messaging across platforms to ensure a seamless experience for our luxury audience.

● Identify new opportunities to grow awareness and revenue, enhancing our connection with discerning customers.

● Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring measurable ROI across all activities.

Brand & Content

● Uphold and evolve each brand's tone of voice, ensuring every piece of communication is consistent with our values of quality, artistry, and legacy.

● Lead content creation across print, digital, and social channels, ensuring it resonates with our luxury audience.

● Ensure all marketing touchpoints reflect the craftsmanship and premium positioning of both brands.

Digital Marketing

● Drive digital marketing activity across key platforms, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.

● Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, leveraging SEO, social media analytics, and digital partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.

Traditional Marketing & Partnerships

● Oversee the creation of print assets, including brochures, catalogues, and direct mail, ensuring they reflect our luxury positioning.

● Build and nurture relationships with luxury wedding planners, event venues, and aligned brands to expand our reach.

Community & Client Engagement

● Develop segmented CRM and retention strategies to nurture customer relationships and build loyalty.

● Champion initiatives that create a sense of community around both brands, cultivating client-first experiences rooted in trust and attention to detail.

● Build meaningful loyalty programs that reflect our commitment to offering an exceptional customer journey.

What We're Looking For

Experience

● 3+ years in marketing with proven experience across both digital and traditional channels.

● Strong copywriting and creative skills with a natural understanding of luxury branding and audience targeting.

● Proficiency in analytics platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).

Bonus Points For

● Experience working with creative, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

● Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.

● A deep passion for storytelling, design, and visual culture, with an eye for luxury aesthetics.
