Our Primary School is looking for a dedicated and proactive Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming Primary School in Barking & Dagenham. This full-time role is ideal for someone experienced in delivering booster sessions and targeted interventions for children who need additional support to meet their potential.

The Role:
•Support Key Stage 2 pupils with a focus on literacy and numeracy boosters
•Work with small groups or one-to-one, following tailored intervention programmes
•Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to plan, assess and review pupil progress
•Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
•Provide emotional and behavioural support as needed

•Experience working primary aged children
•Knowledge of or experience with intervention strategies and SEN support
•Patient, empathetic, and organised
•A strong communicator and team player
•Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
