Advert The Assistant Planner – Performance is a senior member of the Planning and Performance Team, responsible for leading, coordinating and delivering HEIW’s corporate performance planning, reporting and assurance processes. The postholder will ensure that HEIW’s performance management, accountability and reporting arrangements are delivered to the highest standard, including high-profile requirements such as: Monitoring the delivery of the Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP) and Education and Training Plan (ETP) and recommending remedial actions where Integrated Quality, Performance & Delivery (IQPD) meetings Joint Executive Team (JET) meetings with Welsh Government Service Review meetings across all directorates Welsh Government reporting requirements HEIW Board and HEIW Executive Team performance cycles Annual Performance Report Requirements under the Well-being of Future Generations Act The role will provide advanced analytical insight, interpretation of complex data, and strategic performance support for strategic planning support.
