SMB Business Development Executive
We are opening an exciting early career opportunity for a creative individual to join the HP Store UK team and help drive HP’s growth in the SMB space. In this role you will work closely with the SMB Business Manager to extend HP’s reach into the SMB market, building out and executing a clear action plan to engage and acquire new customers, and grow the Lifetime Customer Value in this space.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting 4P execution across priority product sets on HP Store, developing strategies to increase coverage and engagement on these products.
* Defining and driving growth initiatives to a clear plan with well‑defined lead and lag measures.
* Working closely with the Performance Marketing, CRM and Merchandising functions to ensure relevant and consistent visibility of these products throughout the purchase cycle.
* Continuously monitoring and maximizing key e‑commerce metrics such as traffic volume and quality, Add to Basket & Conversion rates, and Average Order Value, and course‑correcting where stats are off plan.
* Driving strong engagement and alignment with Category & Marketing teams on relevant product areas.
* Providing general support to the PC business managers with day‑to‑day tasks such as reporting to support decision‑making and provide business insights, stock and sales management – ensuring the store is always in stock within business targets & following the market promotional plan, and building the quarterly category and promotional plans & driving execution.

Preferred Experience
* Four‑year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
