Position: Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a portfolio of projects and programs within the organization. This role involves ensuring all aspects of the program are completed on time and within budget, acting as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
1. Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle to ensure completion within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
3. Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities; apply change, risk, and resource management.
4. Address higher scope issues and assess program strengths to identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure goals are met, including customer satisfaction and team performance.
6. Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
7. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
8. Produce accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
9. Analyze program risks.
Experience / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
* Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
* Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
* High ethical standards and integrity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organization levels.
Additional Leadership & Technical Skills
* Lead multi-functional global teams in defining system and product roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.
* Define and implement product cost roadmaps.
* Lead Change Management projects per customer and company requirements.
* Manage customer-facing projects and new technology developments, especially in the heavy vehicle industry.
* Preferably experience in automotive or fast-paced technology environments, with electric vehicle knowledge being advantageous.
* Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety in automotive contexts is desirable.
