Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary - £55K - £60K
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from super structure through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 30 plots at one time, alongside the Site Manager. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting and reporting into the Site Manager on site. You must house building experience.
